Return policy

At Snazzle, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how our return and exchange process works:

 Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, or before it has been shipped.
  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are not possible.

 Returns & Exchanges

  • We offer returns and exchanges on unworn items within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Items must be: Unused, unwashed, and unaltered.
  • Returned in original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Returns must be sent to our company address. Reverse pickup is subject to service availability in your pin code.
  • A return/exchange fee of ₹100–₹200 will apply, depending on your location and number of items.

 Refunds

  • We do not provide direct refunds.
  • Instead, you will receive a Snazzle gift card for the full purchase amount.
  • Gift cards:
    • Are valid for a lifetime.
    • Can be used to place a new order anytime.

 Exchanges

  • Once an item has been exchanged and delivered, no further exchanges or refunds are possible for that order.

 Damaged or Incomplete Shipments

  • Any claims for damaged or missing items must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Please contact us via WhatsApp or Call (+91 86672-33594) with:
    • Photos/videos of the product and packaging.
    • A description of the issue.
  • Without proof or timely claim, Snazzle cannot be held responsible.

Other Important Notes

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Products returned in poor condition (worn, washed, or without original tags/packaging) will not qualify for exchange or return.
